Aggro Sweden is actually insane!

Bored of booming ? You want to be the aggressor ? This timing attack will crush any Fast Fortress with a very difficult comp to counter !

I was already experimenting with Sweden Colonial Age in the previous patch, boy oh boy am i happy ! Be ready to push your opponent with 10 Hussars, 15 Caroleans and 2 Leather Canons at 7 minutes 30 in your opponent base!

Caroleans with 12 range in colonial ? Yes please. More starting wood crates ? Thank you very much ! This build order is hard to play, but absolutly devasting ! If you are looking for a more reactive approach, i highly suggest this Fast Fortress build order !

  • Vulnerable to very early harassment (before 5 minutes)

This build order heavily relies on early Torps in order to quickly get a strong economy going. It will allow us to train a vast and diverse military very early in the game to take map control and crush our opponent.


Quick tip on torping for this build order : Put your first 2 Torps on your first coin mine, preferably in range of your Town Center. That way they will be able to gather your age up coin crates. Ather that, you want to build as many Torps on wood as possible, preferably next to coin mines as well.

Age 1

Focus on food and wood treasures. XP treasures aren’t bad.

  • Gather the crate, build 2 Torps, kill an animal near them
  • Put all villagers on food, and queue your 3rd Villager, then swap all but 3 villager on wood
  • Send 3 Villagers card
  • Age up at 14/20 with The Governor, for 200 coin

You should click before 3:00.

Transition

  • Put all villagers on wood, but 2 that should go herding nearby hunts towards your Town Center
  • Build a Trading Post
  • Build your 3rd Torp in the nearby wood line, preferably with a hunt nearby
  • Gather 200 wood, then transition all villagers to food but 5 on wood

You might send 2 villagers out for a Foward Base if you opponent hasn’t aged yet

Age 2

  • Send Dominions, build those Torps in wood lines!
  • Build your Outpost and a Barrack, potentially in a foward position next to a wood line and/or coin mine, or in base to be safe
  • Start training up to 15 Caroleans
  • Send 700 coin to your Torps and build a Stable. As the coin arrives, swap 5 villagers to coin and keep none on wood
  • Start training 10 Hussars send 2 Leather Canons in the meantime
  • As your Leather Canons arrive, push your opponent! You should be in his base around 7:30! Keep a constant flow of Caroleans or Hussars

That attack can finish the game or just inflict critical damage. Don’t be afraid to pull back if you did !

  • Send 700 wood, with it build an Artillery Foundry, a Market and 3 Torps
  • Train a batch of 3 Leather Canons and build more Torps
  • Do a final push with that army, send Blueberries behind it, train Caroleans and Hussars constantly to supply the assault

If the game drags out you can send your upgrade cards to reinforce your Commercial Age composition, or transition towards Fortress Age with 600 coin !

Until your Leather Canons arrives and you push your opponent at 7:30, this build order is the EXACT same ! This is a different variant that will allow you to transition into a more powerfull, Fortress Age composition. Use it if your opponent economy has been hurt, but his defenses are still holding strong.


Age 1 and 2

  • Same opening ! 7:30 in your opponent base with 15 Caroleans, 10 Hussars and 2 Leather Canons.

That attack can finish the game or just inflict critical damage. Don’t be afraid to pull back if you did !

  • Pull back with your army, try to save the Leather Canons. If they die, change your plan for the Falconets Fortress Age Transition just below !
  • Send 600 coin. Before it arrives, keep training Caroleans or Hussars to reinforce your existing army accordingly
  • As the coin arrive, stop military production, gather it and age up with The Marksman, for 2 Leather Canons

Transition

  • Swap 7 villagers to wood
  • Send Blueberries
  • Keep 8 villagers on food, 7 on wood, rest on coin
  • Build an Artillery Foundry and start training 2-3 Leather Canons. Build Torps if you need population space. Keep training Caroleans and Hussars, priority on Caroleans
  • Macro accordingly while working towards 200 coin and 200 wood on age up during all of that

Age 3

  • Send the Infantry Gun card, upgrading all your Leather Canons to Guard ! Upgrade your Caroleans to Veteran while training Hakkapelits !
  • As the card arrives, push with your army while pumping out more Caroleans and training more Hakkapelits. Make sure to support the push with your 5 Hakkapelits shipment
  • You should have 6-7 Guard Leather Cannons, over 20 Veteran Caroleans and a cavalry mass above 15 around 12 minutes

This should be a game ending push. If not, try to keep your army alive and work towards your 10 Jaegers shipment to transition towards a longer game.

Until your Leather Canons arrives and you push your opponent at 7:30, this build order is the EXACT same ! This is a different variant that will allow you to transition into a more powerfull, Fortress Age composition. Use it if your opponent economy has been hurt, but his defenses are still holding strong.


Age 1 and 2

  • Same opening ! 7:30 in your opponent base with 15 Caroleans, 10 Hussars and 2 Leather Canons.

That attack can finish the game or just inflict critical damage. Don’t be afraid to pull back if you did !

  • Pull back with your army, sadly the Leather Canons died … No problem ! (if not, check the variant above !)
  • Send 600 coin. Before it arrives, keep training Caroleans or Hussars to reinforce your existing army accordingly
  • As the coin arrive, stop military production, gather it and age up with The Exiled Prince, for a fast Age Up

Transition

  • Swap 7 villagers to wood
  • Send Blueberries
  • Build an additionnal BarrackTorps afterward. Keep traning Caroleans and a few Hussars
  • Macro accordingly while working towards 200 coin and 200 wood on age up during all of that

Age 3

  • Ship 2 Falconets. Upgrade your Caroleans to Veteran while training Hakkapelits !
  • As the Falconets arrive, push with your army while pumping out more Caroleans and training more Hakkapelits ! Make sure to support the push with your Hakkapelits and Caroleans shipments / upgrades !

This should be a game ending push. If not, try to keep your army alive and work towards your 10 Jaegers shipment to transition towards a longer game.
